Mathieu, Scarab and Ravo are cleaning the streets …and clearing the air!
Following the restrictions applied to diesel vehicles in Paris, the company Mathieu has equipped the French capital with the first sweeper in the world, mounted on a Euro 6 truck chassis with natural gas as its fuel. Made by Scarab in the United Kingdom, the 12ton Merlin sweeper is leading the way of all those towns which will in all likelihood follow the environmental move dictated by Paris. Finally, Ravo has delivered its first HYGiON sweeper equipped with the patented SAIGA PM2.5 dust filter system, capable of also cleaning the air. After six months of close cooperation with Ravo, Berlin has become the first city to invest in the unique SAIGA system that was presented in a preview at the IFAT show in May 2016.
